Introduction to Kirsten's trance medium Spirit guide called George

This is something new and as far as I am concerned very exciting where trance mediumship is concerned and this involves one of my students who is called Kirsten.

Now Kirsten has been in one of my psychic development classes for the past six months and in the past two weeks has finally become involved in trance mediumship. I would now like to explain to you how it happened.

On April the 13th 2004, I asked Natalie's trance medium guide called Claude, if contact could be made with the late George Eldred (See Natalie and Claude's lectures dated the 13th of April 2004). Claude immediately said yes. The following week  George Eldred came through into the class. Unfortunately there was a bit of a clash between Claude and George but eventually everything seemed to settle down.

Now Kirsten was so close to achieving her goal in becoming a trance medium, but she had to overcome the last hurdle which is "is it me or is it them, plus how does one start the final contact". Therefore on the 23rd of May 2004 (See Natalie and Claude's lectures dated April the 13th 2004) I asked the Spirit Guide called George Eldred a question. That question and George's answer is below.

George, Good evening Terence, you have something to ask me.

Me, Yes, tonight I have. I’d like you to educate or help Kirsten where her trance mediumship is concerned, she is that close.

George will now speak directly to Kirsten.

George, Do you wish education in words, as it’s a dreadfully difficult thing to describe in something that you do. Its something that’s so inward, everyone has a different way of doing it. But, most people don’t relax and I know that you’re thinking that you do and try too.

You are so close, the first step is to just doing it. You’ve got to just say something. Because Spirit comes through to a point and then they wait and you have to open that vocal gate, they can’t do that for you. You’ve got to say something like “Good evening”, when Terence say's "Good evening my friend, have you anything to say", you may reply "Good evening". That might be that you’re saying it, but they (Spirit) will take it from there. So you have just got to say it. You may doubt it completely, it might just be you, don’t worry about it, we don’t care really and I know Terence doesn’t either. He’s been in the same position. I’ve been in the same position and it’s a dreadfully hard thing to begin because you are dreadfully self conscious, every one is, but its worth it, at least I always found it so.

Kirsten, Thank you.

George, I will help you next time if you wish.

Kirsten, That would be good.

The following week Kirsten could not overcome that last step, therefore when the class finished that evening Kirsten asked me if she could have a one on one trance medium session with me before the next class sat the following week. I agreed of course and on the Thursday Kirsten and I sat and created a closed development class just for the two of us.

Kirsten went into her light meditation and ten minutes later I arose from my chair, switched the meditation music off and went over to her and asked the trance medium Spirit guide if they had anything to say and nothing happened. The reason for this is that Kirsten is not relaxed as she should be and she tries harder and fails to make the final contact. So I asked Kirsten to come back out of her light trance, which she did. I then told Kirsten that we will try this again in about five minutes but I would do it differently.

This time I would not get out of my chair, I will ask the Spirit guide whilst I am sitting down. What that does is this, that whilst Kirsten is in a light trance she will not hear me get out of my chair and switch the music off.

On the second attempt I gave no warning whatsoever whilst Kirsten was in her light trance. While I was sitting in my chair I asked the trance medium Spirit guide a question;

Me, Good evening my friend have you anything to say.

Spirit, Good evening.

This will not be for very long as I do not want to tire her (Kirsten), but you have a question.

Me, Yes I have, what is your name.

Spirit, George.

Me, George Eldred.

George, Yes, you know it is.

Me, Have you anything more to say.

George, No, as tonight the contact has finally been made. Thank you.

Me, Thank you.

That was the end of the evening with Kirsten being a very happy lady because she had finally overcome that last hurdle.

A brief synopsis on the late George Eldred

George Eldred was born in England in 1914 and his parents were strong believers in the world of Spirit. From a very early age George Eldred took a very keen interest in the Astral Spirit world and eventually became immersed into the wonderful world of Spirit.

He eventually emigrated to Australia in 1952 and because of his strong beliefs in the world of Spirit, he became involved with the Victorian Spiritualist Union. In 1955 he became a deep trance medium and in 1960 he became the President of the Victorian Spiritualist Union and held that position for twenty eight years. During this time he also became a celebrant. In 1990 he became one of the founders of the International Council of Spiritualist.

Through all the immense work that George Eldred has done as a deep trance medium and also as a teacher where the world of Spirit (the Astral plane) is concerned. If we only listen and want to learn, then are we not like a flower. The seed is planted in the ground and then the rain germinates the seed, then the birth of the flower starts to live. When that flower has bloomed, what a beautiful sight it is. We as human beings are the seed in the ground gradually growing and then one day we will become that beautiful flower. We are yet to blossom and to become that beautiful flower.
