This is an introduction to Kirsten’s trance medium lecture's

This trance medium lecture from Kirsten has been done through a meditation within her own home away from one of my closed development circle's that she attends. They are what you may call as homework.

I want to share with you my experience with this form of mediumship. It was a while ago that I completed the exercises. It is an important part of your development.  It enables communication more easily than some other methods.  It is this method that I favored. I would complete these exercises within circles.  I was well known for it and people would come to see me and gain communication. 

This was sometimes their only way to communicate with spirit.  However, I sometimes used this method as a party trick and I now know this was wrong.  There are important messages and lectures from spirit that should be told to appropriate people, sometimes many, sometimes few.  It should not be used for the purpose of amusement. 

I encourage the group to continue with this learning exercise.  It can greatly enhance your connection with spirit.
