This trance medium lecture from Andrea is done through a meditation within her own home away from one of my closed development circle's that she attends. They are what you may call as homework. Spirit: Wishful thinking can change your life. For, any form of positive thinking is good for you. Dreamful thinking can also be good for you. Activate your imagination, think about what it is you want to achieve in your life, and visualize it completely and utterly. Imagine what it would feel like to have achieved your dream. How you feel inside, how others are now looking upon you, how your life has changed. This is powerful thinking. People may laugh at you, may scoff at your determination – do not listen. Keep your wishful thinking, keep your visualization. Sometimes, when you are stuck in a rut and cannot "see" a way out, notice this very fact – "you cannot "see" a way out". You can change this. Play a game, think back to a time in your childhood when you would have approached such "pretend" games with joy (be disciplined about this – we only want good memories here). Think back and remember what it felt like to be excited about playing "pretend". Now, bring that excitement into your adult life, think about how you would like your life to change, visualize it as strongly as you can, really go for it with excitement and enthusiasm! See how much you have lifted your thoughts! Not only have you raised your own vibration but also you are attracting positive energy towards you again. Be aware that it can be simple exercises like this that, with a little thinking and application on your part, can really change your life. People underestimate the power of negativity and negative thoughts. You also do not realize that once the negative thoughts start they repeat themselves over and over. Here is my next exercise for you: observe your thoughts. Observe them when you drive in your motor cars, when you are in the shower, when you are eating, working, cleaning – see how many times the same thoughts repeat themselves over and over again. Really look and see how they are bringing you down and restricting your own vibrations. It is at this point that it is difficult for us (Spirit) to be heard, for you to hear us. Control your thoughts. Even just halting the "inner critic", the voice inside the voice from which your negative thoughts come; is the first step. Replacing them with happy, positive thoughts backed up by joyful visualization will lift you, embrace you, bring you closer to Spirit and lift those around you. Those people who seem to thrive on negativity and despair will gradually move away or change their own way of thinking to match yours.
