This trance medium lecture from Andrea is done through a meditation within her own home away from one of my closed development circle's that she attends. They are what you may call as homework.

When you feel down – don’t pander to your emotion.  Instead, go outside into the free air, into the wind.  Feel the air brushing against your face and feel the life inside you, inside your body.  Refresh your mind in this way – release the negative in your life.  Clinging on to old values does you no good, in fact it damages you, your mental health and the future that could be there for you.

You have lessons to learn, yes but remember, there are different ways to learn the same lessons.  Some easier ways then others, some more glamorous ways then others.  What sits out there for you is the very same.  The easy way comes naturally to the positive mind of the earthly Spirit.  The hard way comes to the negative mind of the earthly Spirit.  The lessons are the same.  Do not cut your nose off to spite your face! – I think most are familiar with this saying.  It is true.  Control the negative side, you must be disciplined about this.  Why live your life in misery that you can so easily avoid?  Why cause hardship to yourself when to be happy and positive is easier that being negative and miserable.  It is only habit that keeps you in a negative state of mind.

Your destiny has been written, but how you get there, is always up to you.  The choices you make, the decisions you take are all little keys and little pieces of the path you choose to walk.

I cannot stress enough how the little choices can change things.  Next time you are in a café, a shop, having lunch or just out in a public place, and you happen to catch the eye of someone who looks up, smiles and says hello – unless of course the person is intimidating or threatening – respond to them.  Say hello, perhaps if you feel comfortable enough sit with them and strike up a conversation.  You may say “well, that’s not me – I don’t feel comfortable sitting with a stranger.  That’s ok, trust your instincts, but do something that you would not normally do.  Spend a few minutes chatting.  You may well be pleasantly surprised.  And remember this, every friend you have in your life, was once a stranger.

Thank you.
