Good evening my friend have you anything to say.

Good evening. Humanity is a funny thing in the way that he and she likes too do conflicting things as you do conflicting things in many areas. But I wish to talk about emotion. On the one hand you take it out and put it on show, generally for attention. You will over exaggerate what you are feeling just so that people will notice. I won’t say Spirit exactly laughs about it, but certainly finds it unusual and I know that I find it slightly amusing.

On the other hand you also keep it very inside, particularly the emotions that need to be shown. It seems like you have got it rather mixed up. It’s like a box, on the outside you have painted all these emotions because you want everyone to see and admire and look at and on the inside there are all the ones that you don’t want them to see. Occasionally somebody looks in and you find yourself really lived and you don’t know why. That’s because that’s what you really, inside of you, your Spirit wants.

Emotions are there for a reason. Pain is there to show that there is something wrong in a limb or part of your body. Emotions are there for the same reason, there is something wrong or there is something right. I must add that the obvious the most important emotion of all, pay very close attention to it.

Thank you.
