Good evening my friend have you anything to say. Good evening. You wanted to know more about the emotions that we hide inside, you should have asked. You know when I was last on this Earth plane you seem to hide the strangest of emotions, though I have noticed that they come out when you are with friends, close friends in particular. Sometimes you hide mirth therefore how many people have you seen walking down the street laughing, not very many, none at all. You all look so grim and frowning, but sometimes inside you are laughing, you see something silly and smile quietly to yourself. Why don’t you laugh out loud then! You also hide extreme sadness from even your friends until it spills over and you can’t control it. Although this is probably from phrases like “oh don’t you cry as you will make me cry too”, making you feel guilty. Try not to use that phrase on anyone, it’s stronger and braver to cry than it is to hold it all in. You hide a lot of love as well. As Spirit we would prefer you not to do that, do not hide it as it is not a good thing to hide as you should love everything. I mean it is hard as there are some people that you feel that you cannot, we all have our enemies. But just think when you love them then they are no longer your enemy, doesn’t that mean that you have conquered them. Possibly not defeated them in the violent way which most humans seem to want to, but I think that to love them is a much better way and you should try it more often, it’s very satisfying. I will leave you with that for now, thank you. I thank you, but before you go would you give me your first name. “Claude”. Thank you very much Claude. |
