Natalie and her trance medium guides called Claude and Elsie. Before you read this lecture that was done with Claude and Elsie through the medium called Natalie. The two lectures were aimed at one particular person within the development class who will be named as Xxxxxx. But then again, these two lectures can be aimed at us all. From where I come from, it is called a “Doubtful Thomas”. You either believe or, whatever? Me. Hello! Claude. You already know who it is. Me. Yes Claude, it is good to have you back. But before we start I would ask this of you. When you allow other Spirit guides to come in and talk to us through Natalie, it would be easier for me if we can have their name so that we can keep them separate where my Internet web pages are concerned. Claude. Yes, I will make sure that they will do that before they are allowed to speak. Me. Thank you Claude that will be good. Claude. I have decided that I will give a lecture tonight. There will be another after me. But I thought it was rather important for this to come through, particularly for you Xxxxxx. We are talking about developing Spirit and developing it within yourself. Spirit is very similar to almost anything else that you will do in your life. It could be acting or singing. You need a tutor and you have already got one. However, there is one other thing that you need and that is confidence. When you sing for example, a lot of people will decline and say I can’t sing. That’s not the truth, they can sing. From the moment that they can open up their mouth, they can sing, they can sing perfectly, in tune, everything. The tutor is there to teach them to hear the tune, to read the music and to be able to differentiate between the notes and that’s all. The confidence is yours. There is no development that really goes on with the voice. You do not train yourself to reach the higher notes as you can already reach them it is you that is holding yourself back. It is your thoughts that are saying I can’t do this. I can’t sing that note on the paper as it is to high. I can’t sing that loud. It’s you that is holding yourself back. It is you thinking in this case, I can’t do this, not tonight. It’s not the right guide it’s not the right moment. It is the right guide. The guide has nothing to do with it, it is your own doubts that are doing it. The teacher can only teach you on how to read the notes, once they have done that they can only wait until you’ve realised that you can read the notes. I would like you to think about it as I said to you in particular Xxxxxx. Xxxxxx. I understand. Claude. Good, I am pleased. I will let the other one come through now. Me. Thank you very much Claude. Claude. Thank you.
Elsie. Hello again. Me. Ah! you again. Elsie. There’s been a little bit of a problem with getting guides that will come through at the moment so I am allowed to talk again. I don’t really think that they can stop me. Me. I really don’t think we would want them. Elsie. I am really quite eager to do it. Um, I think I’d like to keep in the same general idea as Claude has, but not quite so, blunt as he has said and not really Spirit I guess. It’s kind of extending it into your own lives and building confidence in yourself. It’s easy enough for some one like him (Claude) to say you have got confidence. I think he was born with confidence, but I do know how hard it is to just do it. But the belief in yourself is something that you can build on and you can build by pushing yourself instead of backing off from something that you don’t think that you can do. So, do it anyway! To extend on his little metaphor about singing, if you see that note and you think “Oh god, I can’t hit it”, try anyway, I mean, what’s the worst thing that can happen. A few people will laugh at you if you hit it very badly and to be honest you will probably laugh too. It’s quite amusing, but I think that is the best way to be if you just go for it. As nine times out of ten you will actually hit it and you will just sit there and the go “Wow, I did it, I really can do it” and that is the biggest confidence builder that you can get, is actually doing it. Even when you are doing it wrong there is still a little spark of, “Yes, I tried, I tried and it turned out quite well. Well it turned out bloody awful actually, but at least I tried” But extend that to everything that you do, I mean, I don’t advise just going or running out there and just doing sky diving because you can, but, well actually you probably could, but I mean, I mean things that you need a bit of tutoring on, something that you should keep an eye on. But if you want to do it then go ahead. Find yourselves a teacher. What are you going to loose, maybe a couple of months of your life, but what would you do instead. Same old thing that you have been doing before, that’s no fun. You’ve got to live. I said that last week, you’ll have to live, really live now, because it’s really the only chance you’ve got as you, as you know yourself now, to live. So, do it! Do the things that you want to do in this incarnation, because you are not going to get another chance in this incarnation. You will be someone else and you will want to do things differently in your next life, just slightly differently, but different all the same. So go out there, shave your head, whatever you want. Paint your fingernails green when you are going to work. Who cares! Thank you. Me. Thank you Elsie |
