Claude, Claude. George won’t be speaking tonight he’s apparently going to see a man about a dog.

Me, Interesting!

Claude, He (Claude points a finger to where one of the male students used to sit in the class) will not return.

Me, I thought that.

Claude, Which is probably a good thing, because it would not have been long before one of these lectures would have been directly aimed at him.

Me, I realise that.

Claude, I don’t directly tell people off very often but I would have lost my temper in a spiritual sense.

Me, You’re not supposed to do that?

Claude, It’s the closest thing that I can describe it to you as.

I am trying a different guide tonight. I certainly think he will go very well.

Me, That will be good, but before you go into your lecture, I need to ask a question. Have you ever heard of the lady called Diana!

Claude, Yes.

Me, Has she been floating around here tonight!

Claude, She doesn’t like to make her presence known, but she is very much on the outskirts.

Me, You are talking in riddles!

Claude, Yes I know. The force of this class attracts many as you know, earlier you had young Joan (Joan of Arc) who came into the class a while ago).

Me, That’s right.

Claude, And yes she is here in the background. If you can imagine a large crowd of people around, she is at the back of that crowd.

Me, I understand.

Claude, So she isn’t announcing her presence, but sometimes our presence announces us. She just wants to be known as Diana for the moment.

Me, I understand.

Claude, I’m going to study the unusual phrase and a completely inaccurate one, more the meaning of, not the actual direct wording of termed “being the centre of the universe”, of course it’s an absurdity, there is no centre of the universe. But, I mean it in a sense of believing you are, everything is focusing in upon you.

People will tell you that you’re deluding yourself. Believing that you are that important every single thing that happens around you is directly related to you. These people are fighting their own sense of inadequacy. Everything around you happens too you, for you. No matter how insignificant, it’s all tied in too you. It’s tied into everyone else as well. The web is that complex, but the human comprehension couldn’t un-ravel it. Because you’re tying in things that are not only in the physical world, but are also in the spiritual and also other layers of worlds that exist. Because you can’t see it doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. But anything from treading on a twig to a plane crash on the other side of the world can be directly for you. Every experience you have, everything that you see on the television, that song that moves you is for you to help you learn your lessons. To help you experience the feast of life.

So don’t let it go to your head, or do let it go to your head, I always found it to be a wonderful way to live. It definitely makes you happy, but to remember not to shrug things off because they seem incidental because maybe there not.

Elsie, Hello.

Me, Hello Elsie!

Elsie, I seem to be a bit of a filler most of the time. Um, I keep forgetting what I was going to say. You would think that over here (Astral plane) you would remember. I can just remember part of it and that’s not going to be very helpful.

Look, the thing that I was going to say, the bit that I can remember is about how people nowadays don’t like to distinguish between genders. Like you don’t have waiters and waitresses, you have wait-trollens like some weird robotic thing and policemen and policewomen are policepeople and that’s just silly. I mean really, there are men and there are women and that in itself is a classification.

There is no sexism in saying this person is a male and this person is a female. It’s like saying this persons is a blonde, this persons got brunette hair. It’s just what you are, it’s dehumanizing to try and package everything up so it’s perfectly clean and hygienic and politically correct, that’s probably the most irritating phrase ever invented. Because when you try to be politically correct, out of respect, to protect people’s feelings. I mean calling a person who is black a nigger is not very nice, that’s deliberately malicious, though just calling him a black person, but they are. It’s like calling white people, white people, you are. What’s so insulting about that!

People are getting more and more sensitive about it because people are protecting you from it more. It’s like people who live in totally germ free environments and they go out and they catch a cold instantly and die from it, because they’ve been protected from this. Saying, they don’t have the influence from the outside, they don’t have the common cold and the little infections. They don’t have the skin descriptions and gender distinctions anymore. they’ve been told that’s insulting, we shouldn’t have to take that.

Basically you really should just be aware that the slow dehumanization and even though I can’t change it by just giving a lecture. This treading on egg shells approach to everything that’s going on is wrong, it really is. Yes, love your fellow man, but don’t wrap him in cottonwool.

Natalie’s new guide called Mael.

A new guide for Natalie and his name is Mael. In his last incarnation he was a chief of a tribe in North Africa and he was a coloured man. I was given the year of 1880, whether he was born in that year or died in that year I am not sure. He also gave me thirty years which I feel that was when he died.

He was a strong man physically and also very strong willed and he was also extremely proud as well. He took pride in himself, his position as chief of the tribe and his power over others which he took in a serious way. He was in some way’s arrogant but kind in others depending on the circumstances. He had four wives, six sons and three daughters.

Wherever he went he always carried his sword which was a curved sword like a scimitar with some sort of carvings around the hilt and down the blade. He also wore some sort of skirt and had tattoos on his upper arms and shoulders. These tattoos had a bit of a Chinese influence about them.

When he showed himself to me there was a lion with him. Mael was sitting down crossed leg on a blanket of sorts and the lion was close beside him. The lion looked like a female lion. The female is very protective and suffers no quarter in battle as she will give her all.

He won all his battles except for the last one where he died a violent end. He said this “I was born through violence, I was brought up in violence, therefore it was decreed that I should die in violence as this was expected of me and my position. In battle I never stayed behind, I was with and surrounded by my men.

Tonight it has been my privilege to be able to talk through your medium called Natalie and I am honoured to be chosen as a guide by Claude”.

Mael, Pride is often seen as a very negative thing, a dangerous thing and is often taken too far. But more and more nowadays it is not taken far enough. There is no pride in your countries, no pride in your heritage, your background, your parents, yourselves. This is not personal rebuke.

Pride is believing in you and what you believe in, where you live is worth something is worth fighting for and having it will enrich you spiritually and physically, or you have no pride in yourself, you live hiding to the end of your days. That is no way to exist.

George asked me to do a few things regarding this class and I have already done it. The advert has gone into the local paper which is in now so we will wait and see. Would you give him that information!

Claude, He’s already got it. He is just declining to speak today.

Me, Oh, that’s not very nice.

Claude, He won’t give his reasons and I shan’t make his excuses.

Me, No don’t.

Claude, It’s just not your ball game. If there is anything that you can do, it would be greatly appreciated. We already have a few ideas.

Me, I am always open to these ideas.

Claude, We shall persuade my own, to make up some advertisements.
